and retail fast food outlets.

To gain a SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail Operations the student is required to complete a total of 13 Units. While 8 of the units are compulsory for every student, plus 5 elective units of which:

Course charges for each qualification delivered in a Traineeship arrangement will be charged at the prescribed rate of $3.25 per nominal hour commenced, and each unit of competency in each course has a nominal hour allocated to it. Any unit commenced will be charged to the student or employer if engaged in workplace training in compliance of the VET FEES & CHARGES POLICY 2021

RPL is a form of assessment that acknowledges skills and knowledge gained through:
• Formal training conducted by industry or education, Work experience & Life experience
The main principle of RPL focuses on the outcomes of learning rather than when or where the learning occurred. Evidence of competency is collected by the student and submitted to the nominated assessor and assessment is made based on the required industry standard within the relevant training package unit of competency.
