Fees and Charges

Fees and charges for students undertaking publicly funded vocational education and training (VET) in Western Australia must be collected in accordance with the provisions in WA state Department of Training and Workforce Development VET FEES AND CHARGES POLICY 2024.

This does not apply to Fee for Service Courses which are non publicly funded.

A training and assessment fee for funded calculated on the total nominal implementation guide hours of each unit of competence commenced established by the WA State Department of Training and Workforce Development. Once a unit is commenced it is required to be paid for each participant or employer. The employer and student will be advised of the enrolment fee breakdown prior to commencement of training and will be invoiced by TIAWA upon commencement, with payment terms subject to the payment Employer Consultation Agreement signed with TIAWA
